Her well-honed recruiting skill is rooted in her appreciation for quality placement services and she is dedicated to giving candidates a seamless and successful experience.  Ainsley has a degree in Psychology from Colorado College and while she has embraced the beauty of the Washington area, she is a New Englander at heart.  When not in the office, she can be found exploring the charm of DC’s many neighborhoods and hitting the area’s hidden hiking trails.
