​As a tenured Ford leader, Tricia directs recruiting efforts, client relations, and mentors staff among her many contributions to the team. Her expertise and keen eye for identifying client needs and the right talent has led to a solid record of successful matches. Tricia has a degree in English Literature from Skidmore College and is a huge fan of the Oxford comma.  When she’s not hard at work she can be found hitting winners on the tennis court, learning new languages, or just relaxing at that perfect brunch spot in the city.
