For over thirty years, Diana has worked with leading DC businesses, navigating their unique staffing needs and matching them with Washington’s top talent. She is integrally involved in client relations, recruiting, and the placement process. Since the firm’s inception, Diana’s commitment to client services and high standards has guided the company’s philosophy. She continues to lead by example and her vision has earned The Ford Agency the reputation as a leader in the Washington recruiting industry.

Outside the office, Diana is an active supporter of the theater and arts and remains closely involved with charitable organizations, including the Make-A-Wish Foundation. She has a BA from the University of Maryland, and lives in Potomac, MD. Her accomplishments are many, but her proudest are her three children. Brett, a Villanova graduate, is the Vice President of Sales for NBC Sports Washington and lives in Rockville, MD with his wife Kelly and sons, Grayson and Bo. Devin, a Boston College graduate, is a Portfolio Manager at ProFunds Advisors and lives with his wife Katie and new daughter Avery in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Amanda, a University of Richmond graduate is the Vice President of Marketing for the Washington Capitals and resides in Washington, DC with her husband, Russell. When she’s not at the beach, Diana likes to be at the rink, cheering on her favorite team: the Washington Capitals.

Drawing on years of experience navigating Washington’s competitive business environment, she is able to assess candidates’ unique combination of strengths and goals to match them with the right role, leading to career growth.  Jessica has a degree in Government & Politics from the University of Maryland at College Park and lives in the District with her husband and children. When she’s not in the office, she can be found biking, hiking, or tinkering with a new recipe.

Her expertise and keen eye for identifying client needs and the right talent has led to a solid record of successful matches. Tricia has a degree in English Literature from Skidmore College and is a huge fan of the Oxford comma.  When she’s not hard at work she can be found hitting winners on the tennis court, learning new languages, or just relaxing at that perfect brunch spot in the city.

She has a degree in Political Science from Rutgers University and lives in Maryland with her husband and growing family. When she’s not in the office she can be found recreating her grandmother’s favorite recipes or soaking up some beach time with her family.

As part of the temporary and temp-to-hire recruiting team, Clare works with both candidates and clients, ensuring temporary and temp-to-hire placements are smooth and successful. In addition to her regular recruiting successes, she has organized multiple special staffing projects including special events for the All-Star Game and World Series here in DC. Clare has a degree in Political Science and International Studies from Iowa State University and is a Midwest native. In her free time, she explores new dog-friendly spots with her husband and dog, Chief Hopper.  She also has no plans to stop celebrating the Cubs 2016 World Series win anytime soon.

She is a proud board member of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater DC. When Janet is not in the office, she’s enjoying life with her family, finding time for yoga, and taking her puppy, Kane, to the many area dog parks.
