For over thirty years, Diana has worked with leading DC businesses, navigating their unique staffing needs and matching them with Washington’s top talent. She is integrally involved in client relations, recruiting, and the placement process. Since the firm’s inception, Diana’s commitment to client services and high standards has guided the company’s philosophy. She continues to lead by example and her vision has earned The Ford Agency the reputation as a leader in the Washington recruiting industry.

Outside the office, Diana is an active supporter of the theater and arts and remains closely involved with charitable organizations, including the Make-A-Wish Foundation. She has a BA from the University of Maryland, and lives in Potomac, MD. Her accomplishments are many, but her proudest are her three children. Brett, a Villanova graduate, is the Vice President of Sales for NBC Sports Washington and lives in Rockville, MD with his wife Kelly and sons, Grayson and Bo. Devin, a Boston College graduate, is a Portfolio Manager at ProFunds Advisors and lives with his wife Katie and new daughter Avery in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Amanda, a University of Richmond graduate is the Vice President of Marketing for the Washington Capitals and resides in Washington, DC with her husband, Russell. When she’s not at the beach, Diana likes to be at the rink, cheering on her favorite team: the Washington Capitals.

Jessica’s strong leadership and management skills have been instrumental in establishing The Ford Agency’s exceptional record for providing talented staff to DC’s most selective employers. Her role includes business operations and staff management, but she continues to be very connected to the recruiting process and client relations, focusing on temporary and temp-to-hire placements. Drawing on years of experience recruiting in Washington’s competitive business environment, she is able to assess candidates’ unique combination of strengths to match them with roles that lead directly to career growth.  Jessica is a graduate of the University of Maryland at College Park, where she studied government and politics. When not in the office, she can be found biking and hiking all over DC with her family.

Tricia Barton

As part of the leadership team, Tricia directs recruiting efforts, business development and mentors junior staff. She applies her years of expertise and keen eye for identifying talent to create successful matches and develop client relationships that foster the Ford Agency’s long-term success. Tricia has a degree in English Literature from Skidmore College and lives in Arlington with her husband. When she’s not hard at work she can be found hitting winners on the tennis court.

Katie’s focus is on direct hire recruitment and placement of top candidates for our clients.  Being a NOVA native with prior local recruiting experience, she has a keen awareness of the unique needs of our business community and excels at identifying the right talent for new roles.  Katie has a degree in Fashion Merchandising from the University of Delaware and when she’s not in the office, Katie can be found hiking with friends and family or off on a globe trekking adventure.

With a strong background in customer service and having supported the temporary placement department in a previous role, she is a natural for providing top-notch support to our team. Vanessa always goes above and beyond to ensure that the highest level of service is provided. She has a degree in Political Science from Rutgers University and lives in Maryland with her husband. When she’s not in the office she can be found exploring DC and finding that perfect Instagram shot.

As part of the temporary recruiting team, Clare skillfully manages the logistics for our candidates, ensuring the temporary and temp-to-hire placement process runs smoothly.  Clare’s prior roles in internal staffing and intern recruitment have well prepared her to keep pace with our busy team. Clare has her degree in Political Science and International Studies from Iowa State University and is a Midwest native.  In her free time, she explores her local neighborhood’s ever changing scene and has no plans to stop celebrating the Cubs 2016 World Series win anytime soon.

As part of the recruiting team in the temporary and temp-to-hire division, Kristie helps support the staff with positive energy and quick attention to details. Kristie comes to the Ford Agency after a 14-year career on Capitol Hill. Her background in relationship building, staff management and political event planning gives her the experience to quickly put all the pieces together, ensuring a smooth process for our clients and candidates alike. Kristie has a degree in Political Science and English from West Virginia University and resides with her husband and daughter in Virginia. In the summer you can find Kristie at the lake with her family and friends and in the fall, it’s all about football!

Margrette Quinn

Maggie manages the day-to-day logistics and coordination of the office and provides support to our busy recruiting teams. Our candidates appreciate her positive attitude and solutions-oriented approach as she guides them through the recruiting process. Maggie recently returned to the area after receiving her degree in Humanities from John Cabot University in Rome and now lives in DC. When she’s not in the office, she can be found at the beach or riding her bike, and always with her bestie, her Boston Terrier.
