​​Natalie supports the recruiting team by coordinating key steps in the hiring process and helping ensure a seamless experience for candidates from introduction through placement. She is highly organized and plays an important role in keeping searches on track while maintaining clear communication throughout the process. Natalie has a degree in Sociology from the University of Pittsburgh and is based in Southern Maryland. When she’s not in the office, she can be found exercising, baking, or reading mystery novels.
