Job Description

The Ford Agency is actively seeking an Attorney Recruiting Assistant for one of DC's top corporate law firms. The Assistant will play a key role in the Lateral Associate recruiting and integration process by updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), coordinating interviews, researching market and industry trends, and assisting with other projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who has at least one year of administrative experience looking to join a collaborative team in a fast-paced law firm environment.
 
Responsibilities Include:
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Prepare candidate files for weekly meetings
  • Assist with coordinating interviews, send calendar invitations, and follow up for post-interview feedback
  • Schedule lateral integration meetings for recent hires
  • Assist with researching candidates, peer firms, and industry/market trends
  • Assist with special projects to support the Lateral Program
 
Qualifications Include:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1+ years of administrative experience
  • Law firm experience strongly preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external teams
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
 
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
