The Ford Agency has partnered with a creative design firm in DC in search of a Director of Finance and Compliance. This role will oversee all finance and compliance functions and will undertake a large quantity of financial planning, mapping, and legal compliance. Responsibilities Include:
Direct and undertake all financial activities including accounts payable, receivable, and billing
Prepare financial reports and summaries, create forecasts, and prepare profitability reports
Manage credit card accounts and reconciliations
Audit expenses and prepare audit documents
Maintain 1099 database
Qualifications Include:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, Business, or similar
5+ years' experience in a senior finance or director level, or similar position
Demonstrated working experience in finance and compliance
Previous experience in a similar industry highly regarded
Experience with QuickBooks required
Strong proficiency in MSOffice, specifically Excel
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
