Job Description

The Ford Agency is looking for an experienced Legal Pricing Analyst for one of DC's top law firms.  This role will be responsible for providing financial reporting and analysis, and collaborate with attorneys and other teams on pricing strategies and fee arrangements. This is a great opportunity for someone who has strong data analysis and visualization skills, and with a background in legal pricing to join a collaborative team!

Responsibilities Include:
  • Develop pricing strategies and fee arrangements in collaboration with attorneys
  • Create financial models for fee arrangements
  • Analyze business proposals to assess viability
  • Develop and present financial reports including various KPIs
  • Assist with budgeting and pricing components for RFP responses
  • Collaborate with business development and marketing teams on pricing strategies
Qualifications Include:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting 
  • 3+ years of financial planning & analysis or legal pricing experience
  • Law firm experience preferred
  • Superb problem solving and analytical skills
  • Professional written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and good judgement
  • Experience with Power BI, dashboard development, data modeling and visualization
  • Experience using AI to enhance financial analysis
  • Ability to present data to leadership
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
