Job description

The Ford Agency is working with national association to find an Engagement Coordinator to work with a busy team supporting their large member base. This is a great opportunity for a candidate with at least 2 years of office experience with demonstrated interpersonal interaction, management of data and logistics, and collaboration with others. This is a hybrid role and is available immediately.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Assist members with renewal process and handle incoming inquiries
  • Partner with other teams on membership initiatives
  • Use various research resources to help members navigate solutions
Qualifications Include:
  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years' office experience
  • Strong MSOffice skills, Salesforce or other CRM experience 
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize projects
