The Ford Agency is actively recruiting a confident Membership Sales Manager to join a national association focused on corporate leadership and governance. This role will collaborate with senior leadership to drive membership sales and implement modern B2B sales strategies to increase new and renewal memberships. This is a fantastic opportunity for a membership sales professional looking to work with a motivated team of professionals and also oversee and mentor junior staff.?This is a direct hire position with a base salary and a very robust bonus structure.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Oversee the full membership sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Establish strong C-Suite and Board relationships for membership sales pipelines
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive member engagement and retention
  • Collaborate with leadership and various teams to ensure consistent strategy and messaging
  • Oversee membership staff and mentor on membership sales best practices

Qualifications Include:
  • Bachelor’s degree, Business, Finance, Economics a plus
  • 5+ years in membership sales experience
    • C-Suite membership sales experience required
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Salesforce

Compensation:
  • $85,000 - $90,000
    • Bonus potential

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
