Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee the full membership sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Establish strong C-Suite and Board relationships for membership sales pipelines
- Develop and implement strategies to drive member engagement and retention
- Collaborate with leadership and various teams to ensure consistent strategy and messaging
- Oversee membership staff and mentor on membership sales best practices
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor’s degree, Business, Finance, Economics a plus
- 5+ years in membership sales experience
- C-Suite membership sales experience required
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Salesforce
Compensation:
- $85,000 - $90,000
- Bonus potential
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
