Responsibilities Include:
- Support recruiting team and recruitment initiatives
- Post job descriptions to website and other job boards
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with applicants and hiring managers
- Maintain confidential information and files in Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Communicate with agency recruiters, candidates, recruiting team, and hiring teams
- Assist with preparing offer letters and gathering information for background checks and reference checks
- Coordinate and lead new hire orientations both virtually and in office
- Assist with special projects as needed
Qualifications Include:
- 1+ years of administrative, Human Resources, or recruiting support experience in a professional environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and organizational abilities
- Ability to multi-task & juggle many projects at once
- Outgoing personality and strong communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive candidate and employee information with diplomacy and tact
- Proficiency in MS Office
Compensation:
- Starting at $55,000 annually
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
