The Ford Agency is actively looking for an accounts payable professional to join the finance team of a prominent Bethesda based firm. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, with an emphasis in accounts payable processing, along with demonstrated working knowledge of Concur.
Responsibilities Include:
Review and code expenses
Assign and approve invoices
Analyze recurring and monthly accrual payments
Generate and process expense reports
Reconcile corporate credit cards
Maintain files and records for invoices and supporting documents
Manage vendor relationships
Qualifications Include:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred
2+ years' experience in accounting or accounts payable
Experience working in Concur, Sage Intacct a plus
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
