Our in-depth evaluation process begins when the recruiters first review a candidate’s resume, continuing through each stage until they are hired by our clients. Candidates are evaluated based on the following criteria:

  • The overall presentation of their resume

  • Format, quality and clarity of information provided, grammar and spelling

  • During initial phone screen and virtual/in-person interviews

  • Professional presentation and communication skills, ability to explain their career history and relevant skills and experience

  • Candidate’s career goals and characteristics to determine overall fit for a position and for a client

We further evaluate our candidates by doing the following:

Administering a skills assessment test to measure their proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Spelling and Grammar, and typing

Verifying degrees and certifications listed on the resume

Conducting in-depth professional reference checks

Noting every professional interaction with the candidate, such as email exchanges and phone communication
