Adair provides critical logistical support to the recruiting team, helping guide candidates through the hiring process and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Adair has a degree in International Studies and Russian from Texas A&M University and a Master of International Affairs from UC San Diego. She lives in Washington, DC and when she’s not in the office, she can be found rock climbing, tending to her windowsill herb garden, or planning her next backpacking trip.
