Her role includes business operations and staff management, and she stays very connected to the recruiting process and client relations, focusing on temporary and temp-to-hire placements. Drawing on years of experience navigating Washington’s competitive business environment, she is able to assess candidates’ unique combination of strengths and goals to match them with the right role, leading to career growth.  Jessica has a degree in Government & Politics from the University of Maryland at College Park and lives in the District with her husband and children. When she’s not in the office, she can be found biking, hiking, or tinkering with a new recipe.
