Job Description

The Ford Agency is looking for an Administrative Coordinator for DC-based association. The Coordinator will work directly with the Office Manager to ensure the office is kept well-stocked, presentable, and operating efficiently and the daily administrative needs of each team are met.
 
Responsibilities Include:
  • Manage the front desk and other shared spaces
  • Coordinate operational functions of the office: phones, mail, shipping, supplies, etc.
  • Assist HR and IT teams with various projects
  • Provide scheduling and travel booking support to CEO
 
Qualifications Include:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years' of administrative experience, non-profit or association environment preferred
  • Proficiency in MSOffice products
  • Ability to prioritize projects and problems solve
