The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for an Enterprise Applications Engineer to join a top DC law firm. The Engineer plays a critical role in delivering enterprise IT applications and solutions that ultimately increase the Firm's productivity and efficiency.
Responsibilities Include:
Assist with full lifecycle of Firm's business applications solutions
Create and maintain documentation for all application design, maintenance, and application
Code and configure technical solutions, ensure solution is operable before implementation
Prepare end-user documentation and trainings
Work alongside greater IT support team and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve product issues
Address errors in timely manner to minimize disruption to business services
Qualifications Include:
Bachelor's Degree, ideally in a technical discipline
3+ years of experience, ideally in a law firm environment
Expertise in programming or scripting (Visual Basic, .NET, T-SQL, etc.)
Experience with integration services and solutions (SSIS, Integration Builder, etc.)
Familiarity with operating systems and database management solutions (Windows or SQL servers)
Ability to communicate with users of all levels
