Responsibilities Include:
Provide technical support for Office 365 Suite and Windows 10 & 11, VPN, EndPoint Security, Apple Devices, etc.
Train employees on new systems
Assist with computer upgrades and software rollouts
Escalate issues as needed to management
Qualifications Include:
Bachelor's Degree preferred
2-3 years of experience with Microsoft/Window and MAC operating systems
Ability and knowledge to support in-office and remote employees
Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
