Job Description

A national healthcare association is working with The Ford Agency to fill a temporary IT position. The person in this role with largely work in the office acting as the technical lead for support and issue resolution for all employees. Responsibilities Include:
  • Provide technical support for Office 365 Suite and Windows 10 & 11, VPN, EndPoint Security, Apple Devices, etc.
  • Train employees on new systems
  • Assist with computer upgrades and software rollouts
  • Escalate issues as needed to management
 
Qualifications Include:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of experience with Microsoft/Window and MAC operating systems
  • Ability and knowledge to support in-office and remote employees
  • Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
  • Customer service-focused mentality
