The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for a Junior Staff Accountant to join a busy and successful full service CPA firm in Northern VA. This is a unique opportunity for a candidate just getting their degree in Accounting, or still finishing up their degree to work with a team that has outstanding mentorship for aspiring accountants! Responsibilities Include:
Assist with both commercial business and individual accounting services
Assist with preparation of state and federal filings for clients
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year end accounting needs
Provide additional support during busy tax seasons for clients
Qualifications Include:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or 3rd year student
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Professional communication and collaboration skills
Eagerness to learn and contribute
