Job Description

The Ford Agency is looking for a Legal Recruiting Assistant for one of DC's top corporate law firms. The Assistant will provide administrative and logistical support across many hiring programs along with trainings, reviews, and professional development.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Organize materials and interviews for hiring events, career fairs, and law school programs
  • Update and maintain accurate candidate information in databases
  • Coordinate internal training programs
  • Assist with projects and data collection related to performance reviews
Qualifications Include:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-2 years recruiting or professional development experience
  • Strong technical skills to include MS Office, viDesktop a plus
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in fast-paced environment
