The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for a Sales Admin & CRM Tech support candidate to provide sales, technical, and data management support to the sales team of a well-established association. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2 or more years of experience working in a sales operational capacity who is looking to join a collaborative and innovative team. This is a temp-to-hire position and is available immediately.
Responsibilities Include:
Manage the membership portal used by the sales team
Provide training and support to members on portal usage as needed
Assist in early sales processes, including, lead identification and prospecting
Ensure pipeline tracking and information flow is efficient and accurate
Conduct research and analyze data to present to senior leadership
Collaborate with marketing and other departments to support sales initiatives
Assist with sales tracking and reporting for the team
Qualifications Include:
Bachelor's degree
2+ years of sales and operations experience, association experience preferred
Professional communication and writing skills
Knowledge of sales processes
Strong data management skills
Strong MS Office skills, Tableau, Power BI, and CRM skills
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
