The Ford Agency is seeking a Speaker Program Manager to join a growing and fast-paced membership association. The Program Manager will research and identify speakers for events designed to educate and empower leaders to continue to be the best in their field.
Responsibilities Include:
Research and identify opportunities for experiential learning that aligns with association's programs
Incorporate members' feedback to decide on relevant topics for upcoming programs and events
Research and identify potential speakers for events
Select speakers for in-person and virtual events
Monitor and track project management timelines to ensure programs run smoothly
Qualifications Include:
Bachelor's Degree
3+ years of project management or program management experience
Professional communication skills
Ability to interact with C-suite executives, board members, and leadership
Proficient with MS Office, Cvent, Salesforce, Monday.com
