The Ford Agency is spearheading the search for an experienced Attorney Supervisor to join the DC office of a successful global law firm. The Supervisor will oversee staff attorneys to ensure the firm's expectations are being met related to quality and efficiency for document review. This is a great opportunity for an attorney who has experience in discovery, document review, and supervising a team of attorneys to take on a highly visible role with a top DC firm.
Responsibilities Include:
Manage staff attorneys and ensure key metrics are met
Supervise document review teams to ensure that members are meeting expectations
Assign projects and cases to attorneys and coordinate workflow accordingly
Review and approve billable hours and maintain records of attendance and vacation
Handle annual performance and salary reviews
Communicate between the document review teams and attorneys
Qualifications Include:
JD from accredited law school and licensed in DC
4+ years of discovery document review supervisory experience
Experience in an AMLAW 100 or AMLAW 200 firm
Proficient in Relativity, TAR, and CAL
Knowledge of the contract attorney market
Strong organizational and high level of attention to detail
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Candidates for this position must be based in the Boston area or have independent plans for relocation.
