This individual will support the COO across finance, operations, and HR functions, including financial modeling, reporting, payroll, recruiting operations, and process improvement. Responsibilities Include:
Partner with the COO to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
Maintain financial records, contracts, and legal documentation
Assist with employee onboarding, compliance, and recruiting operations
Contribute to internal systems improvements and operational best practices
Support compliance and vendor onboarding processes
Qualifications Include:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Math, Economics, or related field
MBA a plus
1+ years or strong internship experience in finance arena
Advanced Excel and Google Sheets proficiency
Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
CFO career ambitions a plus!
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
