Job Description

The Ford Agency is seeking a Corporate Membership Coordinator for a well-established association. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of association membership experience  who enjoys building relationships, managing data and logistics, and working collaboratively with a team. The position offers a hybrid work model and the chance to grow with a well-established and successful organization.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Support member renewals, inquiries, and retention efforts.
  • Strategize with internal teams to deliver a strong member experience.
  • Respond to queries about membership benefits, programs, and resources.
  • Maintain accurate member records and provide general administrative support to the team.
Qualifications Include:
  • Bachelor's Degree required 
  • 2 years of professional experience
  • Proficiency with CRMs; experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to deliver projects under tight deadlines

This is a temporary to hire position and is available immediately.  Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
