Job Description

The Ford Agency is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support the Talent Management team at a top DC law firm. This individual will coordinate team meetings and in-person trainings, monitor project timelines, and follow up with team members to ensure that the team is on track to meet their goals. Responsibilities Include:
  • Assist team leadership with special projects and initiatives
  • Monitor project timelines and communicate important deadlines with the team
  • Manage team calendars and schedule team meetings
  • Process credit card charges and reimbursements
  • Update firmwide training calendar
  • Assist with coordinating logistics for in-person events
  • Update databases with job postings
Qualifications Include:
  • Bachelor's degree 
  • 2+ year of administrative experience in a professional environment
  • Law firm experience preferred
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
