Job Description

The Ford Agency has partnered with an sustainability focused non-profit in DC to find part-time temporary reception support. The Receptionist will act as the first point of contact for visitors, callers, and vendors and will help with data entry and office projects as needed. This is a great role for a candidate looking for a PT Tuesday – Thursday position for at least a year.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Provide front desk and office support to entire team 
  • Field calls and guests and route appropriately
  • Schedule conference rooms and set-up for meetings
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Qualifications Include:
  • 1+ years' customer service, office, or reception experience
  • Friendly, warm, and welcoming demeanor 
  • Strong work ethic and willing attitude
  • Excellent communication skills

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
