The Ford Agency is seeking an experienced Executive and Personal Assistant to support a high net worth executive based in Georgetown, DC. This individual will serve as the gatekeeper for the executive, manage a complex calendar and inbox, coordinate personal and business travel, and assist with other tasks in the office and the home. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a challenging and demanding role that requires excellent organizational, high level of attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities Include:
Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings
Handle email inboxes and prioritize appropriately
Prepare documents, presentations and materials for meetings
Attend business meetings, keep notes, and handle necessary follow up
Coordinate extensive business and personal travel logistics, including arranging flights, itineraries, hotels, reservations, etc.
Assist with other projects and tasks
Qualifications Include:
3+ years of Executive Assistant and Personal Assistant experience
Experience in professional services and supporting c-suite executives
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities and deadlines
Strong sense of discretion and diplomacy
Proficient with MS Office and professional communication skills
Strong independent problem solving skills
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
