The Ford Agency is currently looking for a versatile and experienced Recruiter for a 4-5 month temporary role with an investment firm in Bethesda, MD. This role will focus on utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and AI recruiting tools to best strengthen the firm's candidate pool. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid recruiting experience to lean into the latest sourcing tools to support a vibrant and cohesive firm culture. This is a temporary position and is available immediately.
Responsibilities Include:
Source and identify talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other digital resources
Research sourcing trends and current recruiting tools
Present qualified candidates to internal teams
Collaborate with other recruiting team members on talent acquisition strategies and pipeline development
Manage initial outreach and candidate screening
Qualifications Include:
Bachelor's degree
2+ years sourcing and/or recruiting experience
Experience in financial services a plus
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms, AI tools a plus
Excellent communication skills
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
