The Ford Agency is actively seeking a Senior Prospect Management Specialist to support the Development team of a mission-driven organization based in Washington, DC. This role will partner closely with gift officers and development leadership to support portfolio management, pipeline tracking, and fundraising strategy. This is an excellent temporary opportunity for a development operations professional who enjoys data-driven work and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities Include:
Serve as a key prospect management partner to multiple fundraising teams
Track donor movement across annual giving, major gifts, and gift planning
Facilitate prospect management meetings and ensure timely CRM updates
Track solicitation activity and support accurate forecasting and reporting
Maintain accurate and timely prospect data within CRM systems
Collaborate with development leadership and systems teams
Qualifications Include:
Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of experience in prospect management, development operations, or fundraising analytics
Experience supporting fundraising teams within a prospect management framework
Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, Blackbaud, Raiser’s Edge)
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
This is a temporary position and is available immediately. Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
