The Ford Agency is actively looking for an accounts payable professional to join the finance team of a prominent Bethesda based firm. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, with an emphasis in accounts payable processing, along with demonstrated working knowledge of Concur. This is a temp-to-hire position and is available immediately.
Responsibilities Include:
Route and process incoming invoices, ensuring proper coding and approvals
Review and process expense reports in accordance with travel and expense policies
Assist with department policy and best practices
Reconcile corporate credit cards and recurring payments
Maintain files and records for invoices and supporting documents
Manage vendor relationships
Qualifications Include:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred
2+ years' corporate accounting and accounts payable experience
Experience working in Concur, Sage Intacct required
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
