Job Description

The Ford Agency is searching for an IT Service Desk Supervisor to join the DC office of a global law firm. This role will manage the daily operations of the firm's service desk and monitor efficiency and team performance. This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid IT help desk supervisory experience who has at least 1 year of experience working in a law firm or professional services firm.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Supervise and mentor help/service desk analysts
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline processes
  • Ensure all procedures and policies maintain full compliancy
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies based on business needs
  • Directly handle escalated issues working closely with IT team 
Qualifications Include:
  • Associate's Degree
  • 3+ years of IT experience, law firm or professional services firm preferred
  • Prior supervisory experience required
  • Experience building frameworks for service level standards
  • Professional communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to work well in a fast paced environment with competing priorities

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
