Job Description

The Ford Agency is looking for an organized and hard working individual to join a high-end real estate investment group located in downtown DC. The Assistant will answer calls, greet visitors, and provide all-around support to the team. This is a great opportunity for a candidate with administrative, and customer service skills. This is a fully in-person temporary assignment and is available immediately!

Responsibilities include:
  • Answer phones and transfer calls
  • Assist with various administrative projects and scheduling
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with tenants and vendors 
  • Support events and meetings 
  • Manage and record maintenance work orders
  • Process expense reports
Qualifications include:
  • 1+ years of administrative  experience
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
  • Excellent organizational, technical, and customer service skills
  • Professional judgment, maturity, and discretion handling confidential information

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
