Job Description

The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for a Benefits Manager to join the HR department of one of D.C.'s most notable law firms. The Benefits Manager will manage the firm's health/welfare programs, leave management, and retirement programs to ensure total compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities Include:
  • Manage all benefits data in Workday, serving as the primary liaison with HRIS on system issues and open enrollment setup
  • Oversee all retirement plan administration
  • Manage partner benefits program including retirement plan contributions
  • Serve as subject matter expert on all internal and external benefits-related questions in a timely manner
  • Review all monthly invoices for accuracy and completeness
Qualifications Include:
  • 7+ years' related Benefits experience
    • Professional Services experience desired
  • BA/BS Degree 
  • Professional experience with Workday HRMS desired
  • Prior supervisory experience is a plus
  • Expertise in MS Office Suite

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
