Job Description

The Ford Agency is seeking a sharp and highly organized Coordinator for one of DC’s leading technology associations. This role offers a wide range of responsibilities, including program support, communication with organizational leadership and members, and preparing agendas and detailed notes to support board and committee discussions. If you have at least two years of administrative or program support experience and are eager to contribute across a variety of projects, this could be a great opportunity for you!

Responsibilities Include:
  • Track progress, provide updates, and prepare presentations for leadership
  • Serve as point of contact and subject matter expert for member inquiries
  • Coordinate meeting and event logistics and track registration and attendance
  • Create, edit and manage documentation for meetings and publication
  • Take detailed meeting notes and distill into key points 
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the industry and standards 
Qualifications Include:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of professional administrative experience
  • Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
  • Superb organization skills
  • Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Proficient in Adobe Acrobat, GoToMeeting, and WordPress

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
