Job Description

The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for a confident Director of Member Data Analysis to join a very well-established and respected national association. This role will collaborate with senior leadership and internal teams to support their membership initiatives with strong data analysis  and reporting expertise. This is a strong opportunity for a someone who has a passion for membership who has a strong command of how effectively use the tools of a CRM to drive success. This is a direct hire position.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for member and company data and query requests
  • Pull, analyze, and deliver data and reports in a timely manner
  • Manage and maintain the organization’s membership database 
  • Support member relations initiatives and ensure data accuracy
  • Collaborate with leadership and various teams to support reporting and data needs
Qualifications Include:
  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 6+ years of database experience required, preferably with iMIS 
  • Experience working in a membership-based organization preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
