The Ford Agency is looking for an articulate and poised HR focused Data Analytics professional to provide information and analytical insights for the HR team at a top DC law firm. This individual will work with internal teams and to gather relevant datasets, create visual representations, and present key insights to HR and leadership teams. Responsibilities Include:
Develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards and reports
Collaborate with internal teams to understand data needs
Use Python for data analysis, automations, and advanced modeling
Write complex SQL queries for transformation, optimization, and data extraction
Provide insights to leadership based on data analysis to inform decisions and improve operations
Design and implement models to forecast trends
Maintain and update documentation for data sources, methods, and
Assist with strategic and analytical needs for chapters to promote growth and member engagement
Collaborate with the data management team to design, and refine reporting for the team and the chapters it supports
Present reports and key findings to Board members and chapter leadership
Analyze trends and communicate insights to internal and external teams
Collect data and analyses for leadership, chapters, and internal teams
Assist with other projects as needed
Qualifications Include:
Bachelor's Degree
2+ years in business intelligence or HR data analytics roles
Strong data analytics experience and ability to visualize data
Proficiency in: SQL, PowerBI, Python, R, MS Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint), Tableau
Experience with UKG or other HRIS strongly preferred
Experience with Aderant preferred
Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
Excellent interpersonal communication and strong customer focus
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
