Job Description

The Ford Agency is actively seeking a bright and motivated individual to provide HR Operations support to a large global non-profit. This individual will assist with HR data management, scheduling, and onboarding activities. This is an excellent entry-level role and a unique opportunity for someone with an interest in Human Resources to gain substantive experience and learn from a collaborative team. This is an open-ended temporary role and is available immediately.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Serve as the point of contact for HR inquiries
  • Coordinate intern on/off boarding 
  • Maintain confidential information and files in HRIS 
  • Manage new hire documentation and verifications
  • Assist with various HR initiatives as needed
Qualifications Include:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Administrative HR experience as an intern or post degree
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and organizational abilities
  • Ability to multi-task & juggle many projects at once
  • Outgoing personality and strong communication skills 
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
