Job Description

The Ford Agency is actively working with a top DC law firm to find a motivated and organized Recruiting Assistant. The Recruiting Assistant will provide all around support to a busy HR team to ensure that the recruiting process runs smoothly. If you have a year of administrative experience and are interested in providing candidates with a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process, this could be an excellent opportunity! 

Responsibilities Include:
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS systems
  • Manage job postings on the website, post new jobs and remove jobs when they're filled
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews
  • Greet candidates for onsite interviews
  • Coordinate with new hires on necessary paperwork
  • Assist with HR and recruiting events
Qualifications Include:
  • 1+ years of administrative experience in a professional environment
  • Professional services experience preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Superb client service and professional communication skills
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
