Job Description

The Ford Agency is seeking an experienced IT Help Desk Specialist for a DC-based association. This role will work onsite, serving as the technical lead for workstation, Office365, and other application support across the organization. This is expected to be a 3 month temporary assignment with an immediate start. Candidates with Tier I support experience are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities Include:
  • Provide technical support for Office 365 Suite and laptops 
  • Set up and configure new computers 
  • Provide AV support for conference rooms and equipment 
  • Assist with user technical issues as needed
  • Escalate issues as needed to management
Qualifications Include:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of Tier I desktop support experience in a professional office environment required
  • Strong skills in Office 365 support
  • Professional and customer service-focused mentality

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
