Job Description

The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for an experienced HR professional to join a well-established professional services firm. This role will assist with employee relations, benefits, compensation, and will help with other HR projects and initiatives. This is an exciting role for someone with 3 years of HR experience with previous corporate or professional services experience who is looking to join a collaborative team!

Responsibilities Include:
  • Respond to and connect with employees about a variety of HR topics
  • Collaborate with HR team on initiatives and processes
  • Assist with developing and implementing employee focused HR strategies
  • Contribute to benefits and 401k administration and assisting with open enrollment
 
Candidate Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of HR experience
  • Professional services experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with employee relations preferred
  • Experience with benefits administration
  • Proficiency in MS Office
 
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
