Recruiter

The Ford Agency is searching for a proactive and service-oriented Recruiter to join our internal team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about building long-term relationships with clients and candidates and thrives in a collaborative environment committed to exceptional service. Responsibilities Include:

• Full-cycle recruitment for direct hire, temp-to-hire, and temporary placements

• Screen / interview candidates and assess candidacy for various client needs

• Identify new clients and develop and foster strong relationships with existing clients

• Collaborate with team on various business development and recruiting initiatives

• Work collaboratively with the team on broad range of openings

• Write and post advertisements and other online marketing content

Qualifications Include:

• 1+ year of experience recruiting, project management, or related experience

• Staffing agency and/or business development experience a plus

• Professional written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to stay organized and self-directed in a fast-paced environment

• Superior professional judgement and entrepreneurial mindset

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
