Job Description

The Ford Agency is seeking a poised and driven HR Coordinator to join a growing financial firm in Bethesda, MD. This role will contribute to a broad range of HR-related functions. This is a great opportunity for a candidate who has solid foundational knowledge of HR processes and is looking for a role where they can really grow in their HR career! This is a temp to hire position and is available immediately. This role is fully in-person in Bethesda, MD.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Assist with recruiting and onboarding
  • Oversee onboarding processes
  • Coordinate payroll data and manage HRIS system
  • Oversee HR related vendor relationships
  • Contribute to establishing new processes and best practices

Qualifications Include: 
  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • 1+ years of HR experience 
  • Proficiency in MS Office products and automated payroll/HRIS systems
  • Impeccable organization, interpersonal, and communication skills 
  • Ability to work in a proactive and motivated environment

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
