The Ford Agency is recruiting for a motivated and sharp Sales Associate to join a growing financial services firm. The Associate will generate solid leads, grow their network, and collaborate with team members to ensure their goals are being met. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with at least 2 years of sales experience to continue to grow and develop alongside a motivated team! In an environment with a great base salary and strong commission potential. This is a temp to hire opening that is fully in-person role located in Bethesda, Md.
Responsibilities Include:
Identify and develop lead sources
Maintain and update the CRM
Assist in development of various communications and campaigns
Build relationships with key stakeholders to grow network
Qualifications Include:
Bachelor's Degree required
2+ years of business sales
Financial services experience required
Strong CRM software, sales platforms, and MS Office skills
Outstanding written and oral communication skills
Must have or be willing to acquire licensing: SIE, Series 6 or 7 and either 63 & 65 or 66
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
