The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for a Legal Case Manager to join a Bethesda law firm. The Case Manager will handle personal injury intake calls, schedule client meetings, follow up with clients as needed, and ensure that documents and records are organized. Responsibilities Include:
Conduct personal injury intake calls and enter information into the case management software
Schedule client meetings with attorneys
Assist clients with completing necessary paperwork
Correspond with clients and insurance companies
Organize and gather records relating to cases
Qualifications Include:
1+ years of professional experience
Legal experience preferred
Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
Professional communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with Microsoft 365
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
