Legal Docketing Specialist - Trademark
Job Description
The Ford Agency is currently recruiting for a Docketing Specialist to join a busy DC law firm's Trademark practice group. This position is a great opportunity for someone who has at least a year of exposure to trademark docketing and is looking to work in an environment that fosters team work and professional development. This is a temporary role with potential for permanent hire and is available immediately.
Responsibilities Include:
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.

Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare updates on domestic and foreign trademark applications
- Maintain database content ensuring accuracy and maintain well organizational system
- Enter domestic and foreign trademark applications, deadlines, registrations, and case details
- Monitor deadlines and collaborate with legal team to meet milestones
- Create status reports as needed
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred
- 1+ years' experience of trademark experience in a law firm or legal consulting environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle priorities
- Experience with WebTMS
