Job Description

The Ford Agency is searching for an experienced and highly organized Office Administrator to support the CEO of a forward-thinking firm that values long-term growth and strategic vision. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sharp, proactive professional who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly and supporting high-level leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Manage office operations, including supplies, team lunches, and client visits
  • Coordinate the CEO’s schedule, meetings, and occasional travel
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Support leadership with administrative tasks and special projects
Qualifications Include:
  • 2–4 years in an executive support or office management role
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong multitasking, time-management, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with learning new tools

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
