Job Description

The Ford Agency is seeking a resourceful and service-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support the daily operations of a prominent DC-based association. This part-time role (28 hours/week, Tuesday–Thursday) is ideal for someone looking to stay engaged in a dynamic office environment while maintaining a flexible schedule. The position offers a great opportunity for growth and development in a collaborative, mission-driven workplace.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Greet and assist guests, creating a professional and welcoming environment
  • Coordinate office requests, including meeting room setup and supply needs
  • Maintain public spaces, cafes, and supply areas throughout the day
  • Order supplies and keep office stocked 
Qualifications Include:
  • 1–2 years of administrative, office operations, or hospitality experience
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work PT hours with flexibility

Candidates must be based in DC, MD, or VA or have independent plans for relocation.
