Job Description

The Ford Agency is currently recruiting for a Payroll & Benefits Manager for an impactful non-profit with a local, community-based mission. This role will oversee benefits administration, payroll, and employee wellness programs. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a dedicated team. Experienced benefits and payroll professionals are encouraged to apply. This temporary role has strong potential to become a temp to hire.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversee benefits administration and open enrollment

  • Process bi-weekly payroll using ADP

  • Utilize ADP to ensure all benefits and payroll information is accurate and up to date

  • Develop employee wellness programs and activities


Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's Degree, HR Credentialing a plus

  • 3+ years' of benefits administration and payroll experience

  • Experience with benefits administration and processing payroll

  • Proficient with ADP Workforce Now

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and sound judgement


Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
