The Ford Agency is actively seeking a Business Development Specialist to join a well-regarded DC law firm. This individual will collaborate with attorneys and firm leadership to implement strategies and create engaging content for client presentations! Responsibilities Include:
Assist with implementing business development plans
Create pitches and proposals tailored to specific audiences
Track progress and evaluate strategy success
Draft and manage survey, rankings and award submissions
Draft content for the website and update attorney bios
Assist with other business development projects as needed
Qualifications Include:
Bachelor's Degree
2+ years of business development and/or marketing experience, legal experience a plus
Professional communication skills and client service-oriented personality
Experience preparing pitches and client presentations
Knowledge of legal market and industry trends a plus
Proficiency with MS Office Suite and CRM databases
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area and available to start immediately.
