Conflicts Law Clerk

The Ford Agency is actively working with a well-regarded DC law firm in their search for a professional Conflicts Law Clerk. This role will conduct high level conflicts analysis and work closely with colleagues to move clients through the conflicts process. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced law clerk with strong analytical, research, and writing skills who is looking to join a fast-paced and collaborative team.

Responsibilities Include:

• Distill complex conflicts data and break down legal issues into logical summaries
• Assist with maintaining conflicts database, managing firm clients, clients' subsidiaries, and affiliates' information
• Maintain documentation of conflicts resolutions
• Coordinate with global offices on compliance

Qualifications Include:

• Law degree from accredited institution
• 2+ years firm experience
• Familiarity with DC Rules of Professional Conduct or equivalent from other jurisdictions
• Advanced legal research and analytical skills
• Professional writing and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Experience with Intapp OPEN or similar

Candidates for this position must be based in the DMV, New York, San Francisco, or Los Angeles.  Salary is dependent on experience and location.
